What is your return policy?
We hope that everyone falls in love with their purchase, but sometimes, ordering mistakes happen and we will gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. Returned items must be unsoiled in saleable condition. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. There is more explanation at the bottom of your "Checkout" screen.
- All returns are for exchange only with few exceptions. In the event that a refund is requested, we will review your request and someone will get back to you within 72 hours.

- We will credit your account(s) within 10 business days of receiving your return. It may take several days to post activity to your account.
Is inventory stored if I it leave in my cart?
No. Inventory is not allocated to your order until your order is submitted. At order submission, we will re-check inventory to confirm that the quantities you requested are still available. Should the inventory have changed and the quantity you originally requested no longer be available, you will be asked to re-enter a new quantity or to select a substitute item
Do you sell gift cards?
Thanks for asking. We do not sell Gift Cards at this time, however it is something we plan to roll out in the future. We will be sure to communicate that prominently on the website when that time comes.
